Institut Can Puig

Institut Can Puig is a public center in Sant Pere de Ribes. Since 1985, it has accompanied students in their academic and personal growth, aiming to form reflective, responsible individuals committed to society and to prepare them to face the challenges of the 21st century. Its educational project unfolds in a learning and coexistence space where the student is considered a person in the process of growth and maturation.

The center offers compulsory secondary education (ESO), distributed over four courses, with an educational project focused on welcoming and integrating all students, individualized monitoring of each student, and promoting learning that requires elaborating and reasoning information instead of merely repeating it. It also offers Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18) and vocational training (FP), including intermediate-level education, as well as a Training and Insertion space (PFI). Teaching is conducted in Catalan and Spanish, with the presence of foreign languages.

Among its services and facilities, it has a cafeteria and sports association, as well as a parents' association. The center participates in projects such as Erasmus+, the Buchenwald Project, and a research project, and has recognition as an Escola Verda, reflecting its commitment to education for sustainability and its incorporation into the Xarxa d'Escoles Verdes de Catalunya.
