Institut Alexandre Galí

Institut Alexandre Galí is a public secondary school owned by the Generalitat de Catalunya, located in Les Roquetes, in the municipality of Sant Pere de Ribes. It offers compulsory secondary education (ESO), Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18), and vocational training (FP) at both intermediate and advanced levels. The center has a quality management system certified according to the ISO 9001 standard by Applus+, which covers the delivery of these teachings.

Among its vocational training offerings, it includes the professional family of Personal Image, with teachings in Aesthetics, as well as the advanced vocational training cycle in early childhood education. The latter prepares students to design, implement, and evaluate educational projects and programs for child care, both in the first cycle of early childhood education in the formal context and throughout the stage in the non-formal context, generating safe environments and collaborating with other professionals and families. The cycle is organized into professional modules distributed over two academic years and is taught in the afternoon. It is offered in a general dual modality, with part of the training in the educational center and another part in the company, and also in an intensive dual modality, which increases the time spent in the company.

The center facilitates families' access to the iEduca platform and has differentiated web spaces for students and teachers. It also offers a job placement service for vocational training students and participates in the SENSEI program.
