By accessing and using educado.es (the "Service"), operated by Educado ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Educado is an online platform that aggregates information about schools in Spain, including public, private, and concertado (semi-private) institutions. We provide tools to compare schools, access school profiles, and submit inquiries to schools. We act as an information aggregator and intermediary — we do not operate or manage any schools listed on our platform.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without our written consent.
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications to schools.

4. Information Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about schools. However, school information (fees, curricula, ratings, facilities) is collected from public sources and may not always reflect the most current data. We recommend verifying critical details directly with the schools. Educado does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any school information displayed on the platform.

5. School Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry about a school through our Service, your contact information will be shared with the relevant school. The school's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy. Educado is not responsible for schools' responses, admissions decisions, or the quality of their services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of Educado or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant Educado a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and warrant that it is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Educado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (if any). This does not affect your statutory rights under EU or Spanish consumer protection law.

10. Termination
