Arbol Magico

The Escuela Infantil Árbol Mágico is a private center authorized by the Community of Madrid that provides early childhood education in Alcorcón. Its educational proposal is based on education in values through stories and play-based learning, within a framework of respectful education and positive discipline. The center defines its methodology as active and participatory, focused on the abilities of children, with experiential education very present in daily life. It considers the little ones as active beings who construct their learning through experimentation and interaction with the environment, and includes education in values in daily life to promote integration and equality. It has its own project, created and designed annually and adapted to the needs of the youngest. Additionally, it offers access to scholarships from the Community of Madrid and organizes open house days for families.

Regarding the facilities, the center has classrooms organized by age: the baby classroom (from 0 to 1 year), the classroom for 1 to 2 years, and the classroom for 2 to 3 years. All of them have a padded area for assembly, and the older ones include corners for symbolic play and stories and reading. The school also includes a psychomotor classroom, with padded flooring and materials such as mats, hoops, or balls. Outside, it has a playground with a grass area and a sand area, equipped with toys and adapted materials, as well as a garden planted by the children.

The school has its own fully equipped kitchen, where homemade food is prepared daily, allowing for personalized menus tailored to the needs of the little ones. Families receive daily information about how the children have eaten, and monthly the school menu.
