E.o.i. De Boadilla Del Monte

The Escuela Oficial de Idiomas de Boadilla del Monte is a public center that teaches English, German, and French. Its offerings range from the initial level A1 to advanced conversation courses. For those who do not wish to enroll directly in the initial level, the center holds placement tests, which are not necessary if a recognized certification from the Community of Madrid is available. The application for enrollment takes place in June, both for the general offer and for conversation courses, and vacant spots are filled by attending the Secretary's office in accordance with the dates published by the center itself.

Throughout the course, the various teaching departments organize complementary activities that include study trips abroad. The French department has conducted a stay in Lyon, the English department a trip to Manchester and Liverpool, and the German department a visit to Berlin. These outings allow students to practice the language and learn about the history and culture of the destination cities.

The center also schedules cultural activities in its facilities, such as a conference in French dedicated to the sculptor Camille Claudel, and invites participatory proposals among students, such as the carnival contest "Guess Who It Is," organized by the French department and aimed at English and German students.
