Romanillos

Romanillos is a public center for early childhood education (0-3 years) located in Boadilla del Monte. Its educational project is inspired by the idea that each person excels in some area that needs to be discovered, and it has a team for Early Attention. The center offers dining services, early risers, extracurricular activities, a school garden, a playground, and a computer room. The opening hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The center is well connected by public transport, with nearby bus stops.

The building is single-story, with a total area of 2,000 m², of which 900 m² are built. It has personalized classrooms for each age group, with large windows providing natural light and ventilation, and direct access to the outdoor patios. The outdoor areas are adapted and delineated by age, with games and toys suitable for each developmental stage. The school has a psychomotricity room where movement, relationships, communication, and creativity are worked on through play, with sessions lasting about 50 minutes. Additionally, it has a school garden in which older residents of the municipality participate. The kitchen service is in-house, with menus supervised by a nutritionist, prepared daily with fresh foods and tailored to the needs of each child, including protocols for allergies and intolerances. The facilities incorporate safety measures such as rounded corners, socket protection at height, and finger-safe doors, as well as individual heating and non-slip underfloor heating. There is also an area designated for stroller parking.
