Escola Cossetània

Escola Cossetània is a public school in Vilanova i la Geltrú. It offers the second cycle of Early Childhood Education and the Primary stage, with groups in different courses, and the teaching is conducted in Catalan and Spanish, with English present throughout the courses.

The center has its own educational project, which includes the "Llegim en parella" program and an advertising workshop in the upper cycle. It has a library and digital support spaces for students, and among its regular activities are workshops, outings, and camps. Music has a prominent place, with its own blog and the celebration of Santa Cecília, where musical corners are organized for students and families to enjoy.

Throughout the year, the Festa de la Primavera is celebrated, featuring exhibitions, and the Festa de l'Arbre, with the traditional dance and planting of the tree, in addition to events like the Board Games day, organized by the pedagogical committee and open to families. The center is structured with a school council, faculty, committees, and a parent association (AFA). The team of teachers and cafeteria staff has publicly expressed their views on social issues.
