Escola L'aragai

Escola L'Aragai is a public educational center in Vilanova i la Geltrú, offering the second cycle of Early Childhood Education (3 to 6 years) and Primary Education (6 to 12 years). The center summarizes its project in the idea of sharing adventures and articulates it around the Capsules L'Aragai, a dedicated section explaining how the school operates.

The center is part of the Magnet schools, an alliance that, as it explains, allows it to promote its project and enrich it with the experience of its partners. The school maintains an Instagram account and publishes its school calendar for the academic year. It also has a midday space managed by the AFA, the association of families of students.

The management of the center participates, along with the primary and secondary management of Garraf, in supporting the demands of the teaching assemblies in defense of public education. Among the demands it supports are the reduction of bureaucracy, lowering ratios to ensure adequate attention to students, and more human resources. The school organizes open house days with prior registration for interested families.
