Ei 1Er Cicle Municipal Mini-Poli

The Municipal Infant School Mini Poli is a publicly owned center located in Valencia that caters to children aged 0 to 3 years, within the first cycle of early childhood education. Its educational project is based on the idea that learning at this stage arises from play, experimentation, and exploration of the environment, and is structured around several work axes: early stimulation through sensory activities, light and sound games, music, and experimentation with manipulative materials; psychomotricity, with balance and coordination circuits and fine and gross motor activities; emotional development, focused on affective security, self-esteem, and emotional management; habits and autonomy, accompanying routines of feeding, hygiene, rest, and order; and symbolic play, with spaces to represent roles and develop social skills.

The center organizes attention by age in classrooms for 0 to 1, 1 to 2, and 2 to 3 years, with proposals adapted to each age group. It introduces English naturally within the daily routine, through songs, rhymes, and contextualized basic vocabulary, and also works in Spanish and Valencian. It has a food service with menus adapted to each stage and supervised, taking into account intolerances and allergies, as well as extended hours. Regarding facilities, it has bright classrooms, spaces adapted to each stage, a rest area, an outdoor playground, and approved materials. The relationship with families is maintained through daily information about routines, monitoring of development, and personalized tutoring.
