Ceip Raquel Paya

CEIP Raquel Paya is a public center in the city of València that offers Early Childhood Education (second cycle, from 3 to 6 years) and Primary Education (from 6 to 12 years), with a Spanish curriculum. The center itself defines as a unique center within its environment.

Among its projects, the center identifies as a promoter of physical activity and sports and as a sustainable pilot center. It also has a Digital Center Plan framed within the Collaborative Digital Center project: the process began with a self-evaluation questionnaire (selfie) about the use of digital tools, answered by both teachers and students, and continued with the development of this plan, the arrival of screens in classrooms, and the development of the center's digital identity. Digital resources are supported by ICT infrastructures: implementation of wifi, expansion of connection bandwidth, interactive digital classrooms, and mobile classrooms with devices such as tablets and laptops. It also develops the 50/50 Project.

The center carries out the ACORD 23/24 Project with the project "We Are World", aimed at raising awareness among families and students about the richness of cultural diversity present in the school, which started with an initial phase of contact with collaborating responsible parties for the design of the project. The center is affiliated with IES Número 26.
