Llar D'infants Blancaneus

La Llar d'infants Blancaneus is a municipal center in Torelló authorized by the Departament d'Ensenyament that serves children from 4 months to 3 years old, corresponding to the first cycle of Early Childhood Education, and operates in Catalan. The center views the school as the sum of three pillars: the children, the families, and the educational team. This team collaborates with families, each assuming their respective responsibilities, and decisions are made jointly. In this stage, teachers and educators share daily life with the children, and the staff, in addition to having academic qualifications, brings experience. The team also includes kitchen staff.

The center's project places children, with their interests and needs, as the protagonists of life at the Llar. Its outdoor and indoor spaces are designed as environments that promote discovery, with professionals and materials that support it.

The information published by the center includes experiences such as the visit to the Masia de les Gambires, the preparation of oil, the discovery of fresh mint through the senses, or the harvesting of carrots grown at the center, as well as the commemoration of International Celiac Disease Day. The center disseminates these proposals and communications, such as the strike notice on May 20, through Instagram.
