Institut Manuel De Pedrolo

Institut Manuel De Pedrolo is a public educational center in Tàrrega that offers compulsory secondary education (ESO), with four years of ESO, and Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18). In addition to these stages, it has a welcome classroom and a specific educational support service (SIEI). Classes are conducted in Catalan and Spanish. Its unique character is captured in the motto "Formem persones lliures" (we form free people).

Among its services are school transport, a cafeteria, and locker rentals, and it has its own facilities. Family participation is channeled through the family association (AFA), which has its own projects and ways of participation.

The center publishes and makes available to the educational community its documents and center plans (PGA, PEC, NOFC, PLC, PCOMC, PdD, PdA, and EDC), as well as information about its governing bodies: management team, departments, school council, coordinations, tutors and co-tutors, and administrative and service staff. It also offers information on secretarial services and procedures, such as pre-registration and enrollment, scholarships, and other documents, in addition to the school calendar, schedules, and lists of textbooks and reading materials. Communication with families is supported by the iEduca platform and blogs organized by levels, from 1st ESO to 2nd Bachillerato.
