La Matriz Learning Community (Ee.uu.)

La Matriz Learning Community is an international private educational center located in Soto del Real (Madrid). It provides education based on the American educational system along with Spanish language and culture, in accordance with the royal decree for foreign educational centers in Spain. Its pedagogical approach is based on Montessori methodology, inquiry-based learning, and the forest school concept, aimed at enhancing the cognitive, motor, artistic, and emotional development of students and promoting their self-regulation.

The center covers the stages of Early Childhood, with the first cycle (0-3 years) and second cycle (3-6 years), Primary (6 to 12 years), and Secondary. In Early Childhood, socialization and balanced, autonomous development are prioritized through free play, motor activities, social interactions, and exploration. In Primary, the transition from concrete to formal thinking is supported while respecting each student's individual pace. In Secondary, a safe environment is provided that fosters self-esteem, social relationships, and academic progress with the respectful support of teachers.

Additionally, the center forms an educational community that provides families with spaces for conciliation, community, and training. It has a school garden.
