Chaves Nogales

IES Chaves Nogales is a public center located in Sevilla, in the Este-Alcosa-Torreblanca district. It offers compulsory secondary education (ESO) and Bachillerato, with Spanish and English as languages. For communication with families and management of procedures, the center uses the PASEN and iPASEN platforms, through which grades, notifications from teachers, book vouchers, the electronic enrollment envelope, and school insurance payments are sent, and absences can be justified and extracurricular activities authorized. Additionally, it has the Orienta program for guidance on students' educational and professional futures.

The center offers Bachillerato, including the bilingual modality. The FSE co-finances the PROA school support, conversation assistants, COVID reinforcement teachers, Bilingual Bachillerato, and therapeutic pedagogy. Among its activities are exchanges with Germany (Wutöschingen), an immersion in Westgate on Sea, English theater performances such as 'Only Human', language certification tests, and a micro-story contest. September exams have also been called for 1st year of Bachillerato. The center has received funding from the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts, and Equality for the development of the State Pact against Gender Violence.
