Alegria

Alegria Nursery is a private early childhood education center (first cycle, 0-3 years) located in San Agustín del Guadalix. It was created with the purpose of helping families reconcile family and work life, while children receive education in acquiring habits and skills appropriate for their age. In addition to addressing the basic needs of the little ones, the center aims to provide adequate preparation in the early years of life, offering an affectionate environment, a climate of safety, good hygiene, and proper nutrition. Its facilities are spacious and pleasant, and it has a qualified teaching team with experience in the sector, which favors the harmonious development of the child in an environment where they feel loved and safe.

The educational project of the center is oriented towards a global and integral education in which the child actively participates in their own learning. Since the stage from 0 to 3 years is a period of great evolutionary changes, the project focuses on enhancing the development of each child's physical, emotional, cognitive, and social capacities. The methodology is based on two fundamental principles: play and affection. Play, as an innate activity of childhood, becomes the child's global experience and the main vehicle for learning, while affection seeks to ensure that the child feels loved and capable of creating emotional bonds that contribute to their security and self-esteem. In this stage, the foundations for future learning are established, so work is done on acquiring healthy habits and fostering hobbies, feelings, behaviors, and valid conduct that help to form individuals with human quality, responsible, sensitive, and generous.

The center places great importance on collaboration with families. Cooperation with parents is taken into account to facilitate the reconciliation of family and work life, thereby achieving greater integration between the center and families.
