Institut Illa Dels Banyols

Institut Illa dels Banyols is a public center located in El Prat de Llobregat that focuses its activity on a culture of quality and innovation and on the use of new technologies. It offers intermediate and higher vocational training cycles, as well as training and insertion programs (PFI) and a specialization course in remotely piloted aircraft (drones).

Among its teachings are aeromechanical maintenance, with EASA exam calls, and the PFI for airport operations assistants, whose students carry out internships at the Josep Tarradellas airport and develop an integrated project for customer and passenger service. The PFI for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning assistants is also offered, along with the intermediate cycle of Electrical and Automatic Installations. The center promotes a culture of effort, well-done work, innovation, and continuous improvement, extending that commitment to quality throughout the organization and the educational community.

The center manages the pre-registration and enrollment processes for its teachings, which in the case of the PFIs include an orientation interview conducted by the teaching team. It also publishes information about the start of the school year, the list and purchase of books, and scholarships for students with specific educational support needs.
