Las Cumbres

CEIP Las Cumbres is a public school in Móstoles that provides Early Childhood Education (second cycle, from 3 to 6 years) and Primary Education (from 6 to 12 years). Teaching is conducted in Spanish, with English as a language included in the curriculum. It offers school meal services, transportation, and extracurricular activities, the latter managed by the AMPA.

In the pedagogical field, the center has updated its Educational Project (PEC) concerning the organization of student groups. The reorganization will take place at the end of 5-year-old Kindergarten, 2nd, and 4th grades of Primary, following pedagogical criteria that seek balance among groups, positive coexistence, healthy social relationships, and attention to diversity. This measure will come into effect in the 2027/2028 school year. Additionally, the center has recognitions such as Erasmus+, eTwinning School, and the Digicraft Reference Center badge, and is recognized as a STEM Center. It organizes STEM days dedicated to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, which include activities such as a competition on STEM and emotions. It also participates in OlimpiConvivencia, a sports and coexistence event with other public schools in Móstoles for 5th and 6th-grade students, promoting values such as respect, effort, teamwork, and healthy habits.

Furthermore, the center promotes complementary activities such as interactive theater performances in English for the early Primary grades, outings to natural environments like the El Álamo School Farm for Kindergarten students, and participates in the ACCEDE program for textbook lending.
