Escola GEM is a private center located in Mataró that educates students from 0 to 18 years old. Its educational offerings include early childhood education (0-3 years), preschool education, primary education, compulsory secondary education (ESO), and Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18), as well as medium and higher vocational training cycles. Among the vocational training stages are the medium cycle in Interactive Graphic Product Assistance and the higher cycle in Graphic and Audiovisual Communication. The center operates in Catalan, Spanish, English, and French.

Regarding services, the center offers reception, school meals, and extracurricular activities, including sports, music, and robotics, as well as holiday camps. It also has a psychopedagogical orientation service. Its educational project (PEC) is complemented by a digital strategy and stage-specific projects, including those for coexistence, preschool, primary, ESO, and Bachillerato. The center participates in Erasmus programs, with an Erasmus Corner and mobility and mentoring projects, and maintains blogs by course and video channels for preschool, primary, and secondary education.

The institution is organized with a foundation, a civil association (AMPA), a school council, and a management team. It has also defined a ten-year strategic plan aimed at ensuring its viability and presence in the sociocultural life of the city, the region, and the country.
