Lorenzo Luzuriaga

C.E.I.P. Lorenzo Luzuriaga is a bilingual public school in the Community of Madrid, affiliated with the Madrid-Capital Territorial Area Directorate and under the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. It provides education from the age of 0: in the 2023-24 school year, it expanded its educational offer with the first cycle of Early Childhood Education (0 to 3 years), which is added to the second cycle of Early Childhood and the Primary stage, as well as Compulsory Secondary Education. Spanish and English are present in its educational project.

The center offers a cafeteria service with its own kitchen, a morning classroom under the name "Los primeros del cole," which starts at 7:30, extracurricular activities in the afternoon, and school transport. Among its facilities are a library, sports hall, football field, gym, playground, and children's park. Its school hours vary throughout the year, with an intensive schedule in September and June and a split schedule from October to May.

Throughout the year, it develops different initiatives, such as educational robotics, Cultural Week, and Scientific Days, and participates in programs to promote healthy lifestyle habits and fish consumption from childhood, as well as in activities for introducing coding and computer science.
