Infanta Leonor

CEIP Infanta Leonor is a public center for Early Childhood and Primary Education located in the Fuencarral-El Pardo district of Madrid. It offers the second cycle of Early Childhood Education and the Primary stage. Teaching is bilingual from Early Childhood. In this stage, project-based learning is applied, and from 1st grade of Primary, robotics is incorporated. The educational project includes the motto 'educate to be' from Early Childhood and a family pact.

The center has a dining service, with regulations and menus published. It participates in the ACCEDE program. Among its extracurricular activities are hockey and activities subsidized by the City Council. It also develops the 'Open Patios' program and organizes nature excursions. The 6th-grade students have participated in the Musical Ubuntu. The center has won the first prize in the 2023 Nativity Scene Contest and the second prize in 2024, as well as the first prize in the ColeChef 2023 chimney contest.

The Early Childhood faculty consists of tutors for three, four, and five years, a specialist in English, and a bilingual teacher, therapeutic pedagogy teachers, and speech and language teachers for the special educational needs program, religion teachers, and conversation assistants. In Primary, there are teachers qualified for bilingualism, Primary teachers, three bilingual specialists in Physical Education, a specialist in Music, therapeutic pedagogy teachers, and speech and language teachers, religion teachers, and conversation assistants. The center also has a counselor. The educational community includes AMPA, the School Council, the management team, and non-teaching staff.
