Escuela De Musica Colegio Fuentelarreyna

Colegio Fuentelarreyna is a bilingual semi-private school located in Madrid, in the Fuencarral-El Pardo district, offering early childhood education, primary education, compulsory secondary education (ESO), and Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18). Its educational project has been running since 1984 and is based on two pillars: emotion as a necessary condition for learning and the closeness, experience, and commitment of the teaching team. The center aims to form free, critical, cultured, and responsible citizens, attending to the intellectual, physical, emotional, ethical, and aesthetic development of students so they can achieve their goals with autonomy and responsibility. In secondary education, it supports students through a stage of emotional, social, and academic changes, working on values such as responsibility, inclusivity, flexibility, and tolerance in collaboration with families, while in Bachillerato it offers all possible pathways to respond to students' intellectual and vocational interests.

The center has services such as a cafeteria, nursing, a psychopedagogical office, speech therapy, guidance, extended hours, books, and school insurance, as well as complementary and extracurricular activities. It also provides school transport and morning care services. Among the extracurricular activities are musical proposals such as choir, band, music theory, chamber music, music therapy, and learning instruments like piano, guitar, electric bass, clarinet, flute, oboe, saxophone, and percussion, along with others like chess, ballet, modern dance, theater, cinema, judo, basketball, soccer, skating, robotics, drawing and painting workshop, and mini-sports. The center also includes a Music School with an authorized conservatory.

The school defines itself as an educational center that learns and continuously reviews its methodological, organizational, and spatial approaches to respond to the challenges posed by the future of its students, with initiatives for innovation and teacher training. It has a Parents' Association (AMPA) and channels for information to families, as well as academic management systems, tutoring, and evaluation.
