Ginebró

Ginebró is a cooperative-owned school located in Llinars del Vallès that offers early childhood education, primary education, compulsory secondary education (ESO), Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18), Dual Bachillerato, and vocational training (FP). In the field of vocational training, it keeps enrollment open for training cycles and offers fully subsidized courses for young people and adults, promoting this pathway through partnerships. Its cycle offerings include sports and a Social Integration cycle with paid internships.

The center provides families with school transport services, childcare, a cafeteria, and extracurricular activities, as well as summer activities and a job bank. It also facilitates the request for certificates and the consultation of books and school materials. The language work includes Spanish, Catalan, English, and French.

In the early childhood education stage, which covers ages 3 to 6 with I3, I4, and I5 classes from 9:00 to 16:30, the center combines free and guided activities. The guided activities include manipulative workshops, project work, and learning spaces with cooperative groupings, in small or individual groups, while the more free activities take place in prepared learning environments to interact with other children in the stage, with proposals for art, expression, experimentation, symbolic play, ingenuity, stories, and magic. It works on experiential psychomotricity, the 3/18 philosophy project aimed at developing thinking skills, swimming from I4 up to second grade, a cultural outing each term, the garden within the green school program, the introduction of English from I3 with a conversation assistant, weekly dance with a specialist, and a cross-school reading plan.
