Escola Bressol Nova Espurna

Escola Bressol Municipal Nova Espurna is a municipal center in Lliçà d'Amunt, located in the urban center of the municipality. It serves children aged 0 to 3 years and has eight rooms, all dedicated to this educational stage. Along with Escola Bressol Municipal Palaudàries, it is one of the two municipal nurseries in the locality, sharing the same educational project.

The educational team is made up of qualified personnel, and its main objective is to promote the child's development by respecting their growth pace and adapting to their needs. The school offers discovery spaces designed and suitable for the interests of the little ones, respectful of both the child and the environment. Environments are proposed that favor harmonious personal and emotional growth, where teachers and educators accompany children through observation, helping to respond to and meet their demands. The child is the main protagonist and begins to decide with whom they want to go, where, and with whom to share toys and materials, with limits as a learning and safety tool.

Play is conceived as the essence of expression and the way in which children open up to the world. The center provides a dining service, with meals prepared from local foods and cooked on-site by kitchen staff. Mealtime, nap time, and diaper changing time are considered care moments, that is, educational times designed to create a welcoming, intimate, and calm space with the children. Whenever possible, outings are organized to walk around the school surroundings and get to know and enjoy the environment. The center is open from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
