Mare De Déu De Fàtima

La Llar d'Infants Mare de Déu de Fàtima is a nursery school in Granollers that welcomes children aged 0 to 3 years. With over 30 years of experience, it is a privately funded center subsidized by the Generalitat and the Diputación. It offers its own educational system based on closeness, trust, and respect, instilling values such as solidarity among peers, diversity, and plurality. The center has a professional team with a long history in the sector and its own educational project.

The center has spacious facilities with indoor and outdoor spaces for children to learn through play in a safe environment. It has a capacity for 61 students. The classrooms are organized by age: a classroom for 1 to 2 years (which also accommodates children from 0 to 1 year) of 60 m², adapted with a rest area and crawling space; and a classroom for 2 to 3 years of 60 m² with plenty of natural light, divided into play and work corners, with a hygiene area. Additionally, it has two independent outdoor playgrounds for different ages, with a soft area featuring an adapted structure and another for walking with push toys. It also has a psychomotor classroom dedicated to psychomotor development, with a ball pool, mats, jumpers, and space for yoga; an experimentation classroom to develop sensory skills with natural and manufactured materials; and a multipurpose room of approximately 74 m² that is primarily used as a dining room and also for family parties and joint experimentation activities.

The center has its own kitchen. Every morning, the cook visits the classrooms to know how many children will eat and if there are any special menus (diets, intolerances). Fresh and quality food is sourced from local shops. The menus are based on Mediterranean cuisine, with a seasonal diet following the recommendations of the Department of Health of the Generalitat in child nutrition. Furthermore, the center organizes activities, excursions, and a summer camp. It is located in Granollers, with access to nearby public transport (bus and commuter train).
