Santa Maria

Colegio Maristas Santa María is a semi-private school located in Collado Villalba. It offers Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, and Intermediate Vocational Training. It is a bilingual Spanish-English center in Early Childhood and Primary Education, recognized by the Community of Madrid and part of the BEDA program.

Its educational project is organized around integral education, where students are the protagonists of their own teaching-learning process and their autonomy is fostered from a Christian charisma. The proposal includes innovation through the combination of methodologies and technology aimed at developing creativity and talent and educating in values; Marist pedagogy, understood as a family spirit and support for students in their personal, emotional, social, intellectual, and transcendent growth; guidance; coexistence; and the well-being and protection of minors, with actions for awareness, training, prevention, and intervention against mistreatment or abuse, as well as welcoming and listening to victims. The center holds the distinction of Apple Distinguished School.

Among its services, it offers a cafeteria, sports club, extracurricular activities, and extended hours. The educational community integrates the AMPA and former students, and the center develops pastoral work in its various dimensions: school, vocational, social, youth, and family.
