Mariano Benlliure

C.E.I.P. Mariano Benlliure is a public educational center that depends on the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Community of Madrid, through the Madrid-West Territorial Area Directorate. It is located in Collado Villalba (Madrid). It offers Early Childhood Education (first cycle, 0-3 years; and second cycle, 3-6 years) and Primary Education (6-12 years). The vehicular language is Spanish. The center has two buildings. For the 0 to 3 years stage, it has a specific school calendar. The center operates on a continuous schedule, with class hours from 9:00 to 14:00 and a lunch service from 14:00 to 16:00. It has an auditorium and offers extracurricular activities. It has an AMPA.

Among its projects and plans, the center develops a Multisensory Classroom, an Atelier, the Visual Schools project, a Own Project, a Playground Project, and the Digicraft project in your school. It also publishes a school magazine and maintains blogs. In the organizational and pedagogical field, it has a Coexistence Plan, a Digital Plan, a library and a reading promotion plan, a Mathematical Problem Solving Plan, a Socio-emotional Skills Plan, and the Regional Plan against drugs.

The educational project of the center pays special attention to the diversity of students, considering their physical and intellectual abilities and their cultural, religious, or racial differences. To this end, it has been incorporated into the Educational Integration Program for students with special educational needs. In addition, it promotes family involvement as primary educators.
