La Salle

La Salle Burgos is a private educational center located in Burgos. It is part of the La Salle institution, an organization with over 300 years of history, present in 77 countries, with 1,000 educational centers and 60 universities, whose mission is to educate children and young people. The educational project of the center is based on a Christian conception of the person and the world, and participates in the evangelizing mission of the Catholic Church. Its educational action places the person at the center, with Jesus and his Gospel as the horizon.

The center offers early childhood education, with first and second cycles, and primary education. In early childhood education, the first cycle is subsidized by the Junta de Castilla y León. The first cycle is open every day of the year except national holidays. It has a morning service with flexible entry, afternoon hours, and a cafeteria. The training in this stage seeks to stimulate essential areas of development, laying the foundations for effective learning. Among its objectives are acquiring resources and strategies to develop autonomy, being the protagonist of one's own learning, internalizing knowledge through routines and meaningful activities, and experiencing learning from Christian values.

The center has a library and offers teaching in Spanish and English. In addition, it develops programs such as dual Bachillerato, Oxford Test of English, Erasmus+, and a digital plan. In the pastoral field, it promotes education in faith, Salle Joven groups, and retreat spaces. It also organizes activities such as the Workshops of the Senses and Peace Day. Enrollment is open throughout the year and open house days are held.
