Escola Congrés-Indians

Escola Congrés-Indians is a public school located in the La Sagrera neighborhood of Barcelona. It offers early childhood education and primary education. Its educational project is based on a conception of the child that is adjusted to the developmental needs of each stage, the emotional support of students and their families, and the welcoming time at the beginning of schooling with family presence. The daily life of the center is organized into different time slots to meet the needs of the children, and the work goes beyond environments and materials to incorporate an ethical and human commitment. It also addresses topics such as sexual orientation, gender identity, social networks, abuse, bullying, and drug dependence. The center has a midday space and organizes pedagogical days.
