Base Aerea De Torrejon

Early childhood education center belonging to the educational project Kidsco, which has a 25-year trajectory and a network of 37 nursery schools in Spain. Its pedagogical proposal incorporates values aimed at a more inclusive, egalitarian, and conscious society, and integrates respect for the environment. Through programs like the Plan Incluyo or the PADI, it adapts the educational environment so that all boys and girls can participate, learn, and develop. It promotes equality in the classroom and in the organization, fostering relationships based on respect and the absence of stereotypes. Its model is oriented towards the development and autonomy of each child in an environment that drives their emotional, social, and cognitive growth, with the reconciliation of work and family life as a hallmark of identity.
