Escola Salvador Vinyals I Galí

Escola Salvador Vinyals i Galí is a public school located in Terrassa that has been providing early childhood and primary education since 1974. Its educational offerings include early childhood education, with levels I3, I4, and I5, and primary education, organized into initial cycle, middle cycle, and upper cycle. The school uses both Spanish and Catalan.

Throughout the school year, the school organizes outings and activities outside the classroom. Early childhood students have visited a farm in Rubí, where they had the opportunity to ride horses and meet various animals. Meanwhile, the initial and middle cycle groups have visited the Castell Cartoixa in Terrassa and the Colònia Güell, and have taken a trip to Barcelona where they explored the MACBA, La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, and the Sagrada Família. The school has also organized colony stays, such as one at a colony house where participants engaged in activities like zip-lining, climbing wall, nets, and archery.

Among the school's projects, one dedicated to Antoni Gaudí stands out, which has been worked on at different levels: students from I4 and I5 have participated in a workshop to discover the architect's figure, while those from the initial and middle cycles have developed their own project that they presented to families along with an exhibition, and have participated in a mosaic workshop. Other activities include a year-end scavenger hunt prepared by the sixth-grade students, the celebration of students' birthdays, and proposals for digital homework related to Catalan and mathematics.
