Atalayas

CEPA Atalayas is a public adult education center located in El Molar. It has its own virtual classroom for the development of its training activities and offers initial and open teachings, as well as preparation for exams. Among its activities are the English level test for students in Initial and Open programs and the initial assessment tests (VIA), which help to configure groups as homogeneously as possible. Enrollment remains open for each school year, and the center also provides information about the admission deadlines for Medium and Higher Vocational Training, as well as for the enrollment of students aged 16 and 17 who have never studied in Spain.

Throughout the school year, cultural outings and visits are organized, such as a trip to Segovia, a guided tour of Madrid titled "Illustrious Women," an Art History workshop, a visit to the Geominero Museum in Madrid, and an activity in Secondary Algete. The center publishes the Llaves Magazine, driven by teachers and students, and designed as an open window to the environment, which accepts collaborations, and celebrates a graduation and end-of-year party. It also has a school calendar and a space for upcoming events.

The teaching team consists of twelve primary and secondary teachers and a counselor. The center has a guidance department linked to the Educational and Psychopedagogical Guidance Team. Classes are designed to be close and flexible, adapting to the different circumstances and needs of the students without losing sight of the objectives of the Teaching Programs. The student body, which exceeded 900 enrollments during the 2023-24 school year, is characterized by its diversity in age, origin, locality, expectations, and motivations.
