Escola Bressol Els Picarols

Escola Bressol Els Picarols is a municipal educational center in Manlleu, publicly owned, that provides the first cycle of early childhood education (0-3 years). The center offers services in Spanish and Catalan and has dining and school transport services.

Throughout the school year, the school organizes an open house day with visits in small groups and by appointment, which take place during the week in the afternoon and on Saturday mornings. During the visit, families can learn about the center's spaces, the pedagogical project, and the organizational and bureaucratic aspects necessary to formalize pre-registration. The pre-registration and enrollment process is in-person and requires an appointment with the center's management: the application can be registered online or formalized at the school itself, providing the required documentation (family book or affiliation documentation, identity document of the parents or legal guardians, and, if applicable, certificate of workplace, large family or single-parent card, or reports for places for special educational needs). The center reminds that only one pre-registration application should be submitted per municipality, marking the center as the first option and the other municipal center as the second option, and support is offered when there are difficulties in making the application online.

The school remains closed during the Christmas holidays, from December 20 to January 6, both included. The provisional scoring lists are published on the notice board of the Manlleu Town Hall.
