Infancia Y Empresa Kidsco Azca

Infancia Y Empresa Kidsco Azca is a private early childhood education center located in the Tetuán district of Madrid, offering the first cycle of Early Childhood Education (0-3 years). It is part of Grupo Kidsco, a network of early childhood schools with 25 years of experience that develops its educational model in companies and institutions throughout Spain. The group has 37 early childhood schools and 500 professionals, and throughout its history has supported more than 71,000 children in their early stages.

The educational project of the center places each child as the protagonist of their development, respecting their pace and addressing their needs from the very first moment. Learning is active and is supported by play, movement, and experimentation, with meaningful experiences that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and autonomy in a safe and stimulating environment, without the use of screens. The proposal incorporates values such as empathy, respect, inclusion, equality, and care for the environment, and works in collaboration with families.

Inclusion is addressed through programs such as the Plan Incluyo (PADI) and Kidsquito, which integrate diversity, accessibility, and empathy into the educational experience. The management model is backed by ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certifications. The group also offers urban camps and extracurricular activities, and its delegated management model encompasses operational and technical organization, the development of the educational project, human resources management, family support, and institutional communication.
