Colegio Nuestra Señora del Pilar, also known as Marianistas Jerez, is a semi-private center located in Jerez de la Frontera, in the Centro district. Its history dates back to 1888, when the Marianists were called by Bishop Vicente Calvo y Valero and by the generosity of Juan Sánchez. The center aims to form integral individuals who understand the evangelical message, who are just and supportive citizens, and who are academically prepared.
The educational offer of the center spans from 3 years to Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18) continuously, allowing students to complete their entire pre-university stage at the same center. It includes early childhood education (with the first cycle from 0 to 3 years and the second cycle from 3 to 6 years), primary education (6-12), compulsory secondary education (ESO) (12-16), and Bachillerato (16-18). The languages taught are Spanish and English. The educational project is inspired by the Marianist charism and the Madeleine Community, which groups all those who share this spirit.
For communication with families, the center uses the digital platform EDUCAMOS, which has tutorials and assistance for its use. Additionally, it offers a cafeteria service with tickets. The enrollment period is managed in March. The center is well connected, with nearby bus stops such as Perpetuo Socorro, La Plata, and La Serrana.
Tuition is free in the state-funded stages. The school may ask for voluntary contributions and charge for services such as lunch.
