Virgen De Las Nieves

CEIP Virgen de las Nieves is a public center for Early Childhood and Primary Education in Granada, located between Trevenque Street and Paseo de Hermanos Costaleros, in the Carretera de la Sierra neighborhood and next to the Genil River. It is a line 1 school, with three classrooms for the second cycle of Early Childhood Education (3, 4, and 5 years) and six classrooms for Primary Education. It has a Bilingual Program and develops plans for Equality, Attention to Diversity, Coexistence, Tutorial Action and Guidance, and Improvement, as well as a TEA classroom linked to the Principito Project. It also has an A.M.P.A.

Among its services, it offers a morning classroom, school cafeteria, extracurricular activities — including skating — the PROA program, and an ecological garden. Throughout the year, it organizes activities such as International Women's Day, road safety education days, Andalusia Day, Peace Day, Christmas Party, Disability Day, Halloween, a solidarity race, and Flamenco Day, as well as outings like a visit to the Zaidín Experimental Station.
