Escola Font de l'Arc - ZER Baix Camp Sud

Escola Font de l'Arc is a public center for early childhood and primary education located in Vilanova d'Escornalbou, integrated into the Rural School Zone (ZER) Baix Camp Sud, a grouping of rural schools. The center offers the second cycle of Early Childhood Education (from 3 to 6 years) and the Primary stage (from 6 to 12 years), with Catalan as the vehicular language.

Throughout the school year, the school develops various activities and projects. Among them are nature outings, such as the one to the beach of la Mora along with students from the Cal·lípolis institute, and stays in a summer camp in a holiday home in the Garraf natural park, focused on discovering popular culture and tradition. The ZER also organizes cultural days, which in one of its editions revolved around the figure and work of Gaudí. Additionally, the center works on projects such as a batucada built with reused materials, and participates in the Reading Aloud Contest held in Reus. The ZER also has an Erasmus+ program.
