CPREX Eleven School

Eleven School is a private school located in Matamá, Vigo, certified by the British Council as a British school and based on the Montessori methodology. It is the first and only Montessori school in Vigo that covers three educational stages, from 0 to 16 years old. Its educational project places the child at the center of their learning, in a prepared environment where they can manage materials and time, with freedom of movement and mixed-age groupings. The teacher acts as a guide, accompanying each student in an individual and personalized manner. Trades and arts are integrated into the curriculum to promote holistic development encompassing body, mind, and emotions. The center follows the Spanish curriculum as well as the British system, with a table of equivalences between both. The first cycle of early childhood education (0-3 years) is accredited by the Spanish educational system and is governed by principles of language immersion and Montessori pedagogy, laying the foundations for autonomy, self-esteem, initiative, body awareness, deductive thinking, language, empathy, cooperation, and socialization.

The school offers complementary services such as early drop-off and after-school care, a cafeteria with healthy, balanced, locally sourced, seasonal, and organic food, and bus transportation. Extracurricular activities take place in the afternoon and aim to reconcile family and work life, addressing children's interests and prioritizing play and creative enjoyment. The facilities include spacious and versatile classrooms that favor interactive learning and respect.
