Velilla

Escuelas Infantiles Velilla is a private early childhood education center located in Velilla de San Antonio, next to the entrance and exit to the Arganda road, which facilitates access from nearby towns. It serves children from 0 to 3 years old, with classrooms organized by age (from 0 to 1, from 1 to 2, and from 2 to 3 years). The center aims to collaborate in balancing family and work life, with a flexible schedule adapted to the needs of families and a qualified staff working in a warm and affectionate environment.

The facilities, air-conditioned and adapted to different ages, total 560 m² and include a private patio of 200 m² with a sandbox, play area, and slides, with rubber flooring and protected corners. The building, measuring 360 m², has classrooms, a multipurpose room that also serves as a dining room — with folding tables —, its own kitchen to prepare menus, and adapted restrooms. In addition to the dining room, it offers extracurricular activities.

The educational project is based on safety and affection: children learn through play, experimenting and discovering on their own, and routines and habits of nutrition and hygiene, as well as coexistence rules, are worked on to promote their autonomy. Extracurricular activities include Mandarin Chinese, English, dance, and pre-sport. Throughout the school year, parties are celebrated such as Halloween, Christmas, Peace Day, Carnival, Father's Day and Mother's Day, and the end-of-year and graduation party, and students aged 2 to 3 years go on a field trip to a farm school. The center organizes urban camps on non-school days of the academic calendar, including August, for children aged 0 to 8 years, with prices for single days and options for Christmas, Easter, and an annual fee. It also offers birthday celebrations with venue rental, with or without snacks, entertainment, and face painting; a night service and a weekend special for groups; and a study center with support classes in small groups taught by specialized teachers, with study techniques and educational guidance provided by the center's psychologist, in addition to Mandarin Chinese classes.
