CEIP VALVERDE

CEIP Valverde is a public center for Early Childhood and Primary Education located in the municipality of Valverde. It offers the second cycle of Early Childhood Education (3-6 years) and Primary Education (6-12 years), and provides complementary services such as a school cafeteria and school transport, as well as extracurricular activities. Among its facilities, it has a school garden.

The center develops various initiatives within its projects and networks. It maintains a school radio, Radio CEIP Valverde, which is used in complementary activities and projects of the center, and works on multilingualism and intercultural education, with activities in the English language and participation in the AICLE district alongside other centers on the island. The school garden is part of the Cultivating Futures project. Students also participate in a school cooperative, CEIP KIDS, which produces goods in workshops and allocates part of its profits to a social cause, as well as in celebrations like the Day of the Canary Islands, shared with other centers on the island. The educational community is organized through the School Council and has an AMPA.
