Centre Privat Grupo Educativo San Luis

The Grupo Educativo San Luis is a semi-private educational center in Valencia that provides education for children aged 0 to 12 years, from Early Childhood (first and second cycle) to Primary. It presents itself as a multilingual, innovative, and family-oriented center, with continuity between early childhood education (from 0 to 3 years) and primary school (from 3 to 12 years), and a history of more than 90 years. Its values include responsibility, dialogue, critical spirit, innovation, effort, respect, commitment, and involvement.

The pedagogical project focuses on innovation and the use of new technologies in the classroom (tablets, digital screens, and computers), learning and knowledge technologies, gamification, computational thinking and problem-solving, experiential and project-based learning, and student protagonism, along with cooperative learning. In the linguistic area, with Spanish and English, the center has its own motivation program for English, correspondence exchange with English-speaking schools, English split classes to promote oral communication, an integrated language learning methodology, and the European Language Portfolio. Support for students and families includes academic reinforcement and guidance, tutoring plans, study techniques, and thinking strategies.

Regarding services and facilities, it has a cafeteria, extended hours, extracurricular activities, a psychopedagogical office, nursing, scholarships and aid, as well as a gym, playground, and school garden. The center promotes healthy eating and sustainability, with a complete and balanced school menu, nutritional talks for families, hygiene habits during meals, dental hygiene, and encouragement of fruit consumption, in addition to reuse and recycling. The Family Project incorporates open classrooms for families and activities and festivities, and, from the psychopedagogical office, a parents' school and coaching courses.
