Ceip Fausto Martínez

CEIP Fausto Martínez is a public school for Early Childhood and Primary Education located in València. It offers the second cycle of Early Childhood Education (3-6 years) and the Primary stage (6-12 years), with Spanish and Valencian as languages.

Its educational project aims to respond to the educational needs and diversity of the students, also addressing their personal, emotional, and family needs. The document includes the projects and programs of the center, as well as the procedures related to equality, coexistence, and coeducation, with the goal of enabling students to achieve comprehensive development as individuals. The educational project also serves to promote the pedagogical and organizational autonomy of the center and to guide the educational response to the entire educational community.

In the methodological field, the center works with inclusive methodologies that are based on the characteristics and needs of each student. Among its approaches are cooperative work, cooperative groups, co-teaching, and learning stations, along with the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), which views diversity as an advantage for learning and assumes that there is no single way to learn. The center also has a Digital Center Plan, conceived as a tool to adapt and facilitate the use of digital media in the teaching-learning process, with a focus on the use of digital pedagogical resources, integrated into the educational project, the management project, and the annual general programming, with annual and biennial objectives.
