CEI Virgen de Cortes is a semi-private center of the Generalitat Valenciana located in the Extramurs district of València. It presents itself as a multilingual center: English and Valencian are taught from an early age, along with Spanish, so that students can develop in the environment in which they grow. It offers Early Childhood Education, in the first cycle (0-3 years) and second cycle (3-6 years), and Primary Education (6-12 years).

In the 0 to 3 years stage, the center applies the Montessori methodology in a specific classroom, designed for students to develop without constant adult assistance and supervision, working on fine and gross motor skills, language, autonomy, independence, and self-confidence, as well as inner order, memory, concentration, and logical thinking, in addition to sensory experimentation. The center develops a research and educational innovation project, Tech.Lectoescritura, aimed at introducing literacy with new technologies in the Early Childhood Education classroom, and has European Erasmus-eTwinning projects.

Among the facilities are a dining room, school garden, playground, computer room, and auditorium. The center offers early bird service and extracurricular activities.
