Moma Nature Montessori

Moma Nature Montessori is a private educational center located in Torrelodones that essentially follows the Montessori Method. Its pedagogical project is based on a prepared and organized environment where children can move freely, explore, create, and develop their own abilities, with respect for each individual. The school organizes its stages into three environments: Nido, for children approximately 4 to 18 months old, designed as a safe space to strengthen the first steps through free and guided exploration; Comunidad Infantil, for ages 18 to 36 months, primarily focused on developing autonomy in an orderly and relaxed environment; and Casa de Niños, for ages 3 to 6, centered on learning through work and exploration.

The facilities occupy a plot of over 1,000 square meters of natural garden, with forest and orchard, aligned with the climate and landscape of the area and understood as another classroom for exploration, play, and learning, where children participate in the care of the orchard. The center has a multipurpose children's pool and a psychomotor room, as well as a climate-controlled gym where extracurricular swimming activities are held and which has a specific space for the psychomotor development of the youngest children. The interiors include carefully prepared, safe, comfortable, and bright environments, as well as a central open agora or plaza used for various activities. The complex is completed with its own kitchen and dining room.

Nutrition is a central part of the center's project, which advocates for local, healthy, and tasty cooking. The kitchen functions as another classroom and is prepared to fully prepare the school's menu, while the dining room also serves as a cooking workshop, in contact with the chef. The center teaches its lessons in Spanish and offers dining and school transport services, as well as extracurricular activities.
