Institut Torre Del Palau

Institut Torre del Palau is a public secondary school in Terrassa that offers compulsory secondary education (ESO) across all four levels and Bachillerato. Instruction is conducted in both Spanish and Catalan, and the school provides extracurricular activities, including sports programs that train in the afternoons after classes and compete on Saturdays to increase students' physical activity hours, improve community health, and foster group cohesion. The school has a parent association (AFA).

The institute participates in various external projects and programs. Students from the school have taken part in the Ítaca Campus organized by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, which offers an initial contact with the university environment and allows them to closely experience university life and facilities. Third-year ESO students have also participated in the FAIG innovation program at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Terrassa, where they collaborated with other local schools on the STEAM project 3rd ESO ACTIVA'T. The school also has a SIEI grouping and a Singular Project, and organizes activities such as the 1st ESO Treball de Síntesi. The institute also provides information on support for students with specific educational support needs arising from disabilities, severe behavioral disorders, severe communication and language disorders, autism spectrum disorders, or giftedness.
