Escola Enxaneta

Escola Enxaneta is a public center in Terrassa that offers the second cycle of early childhood education (I3, I4, and I5) and the primary education stage, organized into cycles of 1st-2nd, 3rd-4th, and 5th-6th. The working languages are Catalan and Spanish. The center provides a school cafeteria service and has a parent association (AFA), which collaborates on initiatives such as the remodeling of the I3 playground. It has spaces like playgrounds and a sports field, where various activities take place, and is located near bus stops and a commuter train station.

Throughout the school year, celebrations and various events are organized, including Santa Cecilia, Carnestoltes, International Women's Day, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, Non-Violence and Peace Day, and International Day of Persons with Functional Diversity. Students go on outings, such as visiting the Town Hall of Terrassa, and participate in sports proposals like the Terrassa School Cross and a solidarity race linked to a rare disease. In I5, classes with names like Dracs, Diables, and Batucaires have participated in a joint parade through the school's playgrounds.

The center works through learning situations and projects that address human rights, inclusion, non-violence, and the protection of endangered animals, with the participation of entities and volunteers in some of these activities. Digital resources are also used, such as programming with Scratch in sixth grade, and complementary and extracurricular activities are developed.
