Sopeña

The Sopeña center, located in Sevilla, in the Casco Antiguo district, is a semi-private educational institution promoted by the Dolores Sopeña Foundation, an international private institution inspired by Catholic values. It offers compulsory secondary education (ESO), Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18), and vocational training (FP), with basic, intermediate, and advanced FP cycles. In vocational training, it provides face-to-face, distance, and blended learning options, including both subsidized and private cycles. The subsidized face-to-face offer from the Ministry of Education and Sports of the Junta de Andalucía includes two basic cycles, nine intermediate cycles, and seven advanced cycles; the basic and intermediate cycles are free, while the advanced cycles cost 18.03 euros per month (180.30 euros per school year). Private cycles have prices depending on the education provided. The center has a cafeteria, school transport, and extracurricular activities, and instruction is given in Spanish.

The center's project focuses on job insertion and professional development. Students receive training in workplaces thanks to collaboration with over 250 companies, and there is the possibility to study in a dual modality. Participation in the Erasmus program is also offered, with training stays in workplaces in European countries. The center has a job placement service and collaborations with private companies. Its educational model is supported by the continuous training of teachers, and the center is certified with the UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. The Dolores Sopeña Foundation promotes training in Christian values, equality, cooperation, respect, and social integration.
