Colegio Nuestra Señora del Pilar is a semi-private school recognized by the Department of Education of the Generalitat de Cataluña. It offers Early Childhood Education I, with the nursery "Sol Solet" (ages 0 to 3), Early Childhood Education II (ages 3 to 6), and Primary Education (ages 6 to 12). With over 75 years of providing this service, it defines itself as an open, equal, modern, and dynamic school. It is a single-line center, family-oriented, and with a close, personalized, and individualized approach, aspects that it considers essential to attend to the diversity of its students and to help them develop their own abilities and skills. Its proposal promotes comprehensive education, aiming to form competent individuals both academically and humanly, with values education underpinning its pedagogy alongside a carefully nurtured climate of coexistence.

The center places students at the center of learning and integrates new technologies through robotics, Chromebooks, and tablets, using innovative methodologies, interdisciplinary projects, and cooperative learning aimed at forming creative, autonomous, and responsible individuals. Another pillar of its model is the enhancement of the English language, with subjects such as science and speaking at all levels, complemented by outings, camps, cinema and theater, English day or English week, and with the kids&us academy as an extracurricular activity. It also incorporates emotional education through introspection, to help students regulate their emotions and improve their relationships and coexistence, as well as sustainability and healthy lifestyle habits, with the aim of obtaining the green school seal. Among its activities are the children's council, road safety education, swimming, reading mentors, pastoral care, the Mirall project, art workshops, healthy habits workshops, and ICT and TAC.
