Institut Montbui

Institut Montbui is a public center in Santa Margarida de Montbui, in the Anoia region, offering compulsory secondary education (ESO), Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18), and vocational training (FP) programs. The center has a multilingual project, and the languages present are Spanish, Catalan, and English.

Among the institute's activities, internships in companies and local entities for Bachillerato students stand out. The center publishes a school magazine, La Divertinta, whose content is mainly created by third-year ESO students in the Communication project with the collaboration of teachers, and in which sports is one of the main themes of the latest edition. The institute also has a choir formed by second, third, and fourth-year ESO students, and musical groups from projects that carry out stays at the Camp d'Aprenentatge Pau Casals. It offers an extracurricular activity of pickleball, participates in the reading contest En Veu Alta, and celebrates the graduation party for fourth-year ESO and second-year Bachillerato, organized by the AFA.

Regarding services, the center uses the iEduca platform and an online payment system, and keeps families informed through communications and publications about outings. It provides the start-of-year letter and calendar, as well as family meetings by stages, and participates in the Val Escolar program for acquiring school materials.
