CPEI BILINGÜE FLOPPY

Centro Infantil Bilingüe Floppy is a private early childhood education center located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, authorized by the Ministry of Education of the Government of the Canary Islands. It offers the first cycle of early childhood education, for children aged 0 to 3 years, and admits students from 4 months old. Its project is centered around comprehensive education in values, which includes respect for diversity, tolerance, coexistence, and care for the environment, spaces, objects, and nature, respecting each child's developmental pace and working on motivation, well-being, self-esteem, and self-confidence.

The teaching of English is approached through immersion using the TET (Total English Teaching) method, which aims for children to acquire the foreign language in a manner similar to how they learn their mother tongue, through constant listening and repetition of words and phrases with songs and materials they interact with. Educators communicate with children in English during daily activities. The center also focuses on early stimulation with intelligence bits, psychomotricity, and emotional education, aimed at perceiving, evaluating, expressing, and regulating emotions according to each student's developmental level.

Family collaboration is considered an essential part of the educational process, both during the adaptation period and in daily activities, and there is an immediate communication channel with the center through an application. The center claims to offer flexible schedules and extracurricular activities. Among its services and facilities are the school garden, extracurricular activities, the psychopedagogical office, and English teaching.
