Escola Espai 3

Escola Espai 3 is a public center in Sant Joan Despí that provides early childhood and primary education. The early childhood stage is organized into small, medium, and large groups. The center has a cafeteria, library, school garden, and extracurricular activities, and works with Spanish, Catalan, English, and French.

The educational project of the center is supported by unique learning spaces. Among them, an outdoor green classroom for contact with nature, a pond ecosystem that serves as an outdoor science classroom, a STEAM classroom dedicated to creation and discovery, an Àgora space for collaborative work with technology and audiovisual communication, and a music and dance classroom. The school also has a school radio.

Escola Espai 3 is part of an Erasmus accreditation and develops mobility for teachers, with observation stays in Belgium and Germany and visits from teachers from France, as well as hosting faculty from other countries. The center participates in the "Playing and Learning" project, promoted by CFA Arquitecte Jujol along with other centers in the municipality and educational agents, in which students maintain an exchange with a school in Senegal. It also organizes activities linked to UNESCO and celebrations such as the Floral Games and sports days.
